My besties and I tried out the brunch menu from Aura Cocina and it very very good. Here’s what we ordered:

🍳 Ropa vieja eggs benedict. A Latin spin on a brunch classic. The picture just doesn’t do it justice

🍫 Tres leches nutella French toast. This was by far my favorite thing on the menu. It was like a dessert for breakfast! I would go back there just for that honestly lol

🍳 Farmers omelette. You really can’t go wrong with eggs for brunch. I don’t trust a restaurant that can’t make good eggs

🍞 Ricotta toast. If it’s on the menu, I have to order it. I can’t help myself. This one was not the best I’ve ever had, but it was still pretty good

🥪 Cuban sandwich. The lunch part of brunch

🍹 Cocktails: the sun clap, purple reign, and amor prohibido. They make such pretty drinks here! And of course they have bottomless mimosas if that’s more your speed
