Here’s some breaky ideas from a girl who has had Celiac, IBS, and Crohn's for 6 years!

As a girl with a trifecta of gut challenges, I find that I feel best when I eat a high protein breakfast with veggies. Sugar (even natural) tends to be a trigger for my IBS, but I have a major sweet tooth so we still incorporate sweets into my diet.

Picture 1: Marinated kale with a drizzle of Olive oil and a sprinkle of parm cheese, adding that irresistible yumminess to my protein and veggie-packed plate.

But hey, I won't let my sweet tooth miss out! When the cravings come cha girl honors them.

Picture 2: I grab a rice cake, slather it with Teddies Peanut Butter (best one I have yet to try and I have tried a lot of pb) and top it with juicy, in-season fruits. Need some extra oomph? Cue the crunch! I toss in nuts and seeds for that delightful texture.

And can we talk about the GF toast game? Canyon Bakehouse's Heritage Style has my heart, loaded with creamy Sunflower Butter and sliced bananas, topped with a drizzle of honey and Bell Pollen from Beekeeper's Naturals. Literally one of the best combos EVER!

My girls and guys…we are NEVER skipping breakfast. Why? Because first, it’s the best meal of the day and second it gives your body the energy to heal and to get through the day. Cheers to yummy breakfasts!!!
