Elegant High Tea Experience You Won’t Forget ❤️🌟

Indulge yourself in a world of refined sophistication at this new “Sereni-TEA” high tea experience in The Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel. I had a gastronomical dining experience with an array of delicate desserts and sandwiches, with daily live music performance, making the ambiance enchanting and dreamy, with iconic KLCC as your breathtaking backdrop.

Starting off the high tea with a cup of ☕️ coffee or tea, I had my expectations high as I had one of the best freshly baked 🧈 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 served with clotted cream, mango jam & rose water butter.

Moving on to their 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 🥪, with exquisite fillings meticulously layered between artisanal bread, creating a symphony of flavors with each bite. From smoked salmon with dill cream cheese to truffle-infused egg salad, every savory creation is a testament to culinary excellence.

I was super excited for their 🌹 𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘂𝘅 because they looked enchanting with delicate layers which tasted like a symphony of flavours. I’m going to describe in depth for each dessert because they’re all exquisite in their own way

Harmonious combination of the tanginess of raspberry mousse with the aromatic essence of pandan at the centre.

🍫𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬

Nutty walnuts blended well with luscious chocolate ganache and the refreshing touch of MK2 pineapple gelee.

Thousand layer pastry skin tasted abit burnt, but I like the tropical sweetness of local mango with creamy coconut cream.

Almond cake infused with the exquisite flavors of trigona honey and white chocolate. Least mind blowing but still decent
