Hidden Gem in Bangsar with GLUTEN-FREE sausages ❤️

It was indeed love at first bite, and second, third, fourth, too. I just couldn’t get over how good everything tasted especially their signature charcuterie board! Do check out this amazing Italian restaurant in Bangsar because they make all their sausages in house and do not contain gluten, just meat!

You could choose any sausage from their selection in the fridge, and they’ll serve it with their special sauce 🤤🤤 I had the Uruguay Longaniza, French Andouille, Argentinian Chorizo. Each tasted unique in its own and super juicy

This was pure indulgence, so creamy and flavourful with de-shelled crab ❤️

This board was LOADED and could be sharing among 2-3 people. This platter was served with bread, pickles and pepper dip. For the cured meat there was Salami, Jamon, Speck, Coppa. We enjoyed the meat with 3 types of cheese: Asiago , Provolone & Edam.

My first time eating 🐌 ESCARGOT and it honestly wasn’t that frightening at all 😂 texture was very chewy and firm, but didn’t had any distinct taste at all so it was a good pairing with the paella. There were also loads of octopus and mussels inside the paella, so worth it!
