these turned out SO MUCH BETTER than i expected? 🤯

It was my birthday recently and my fiancé brought me to a ring making workshop!!!

We got to make our own rings out of sterling silver, and customise everything from the thickness to the finish to engraving the rings.

You literally start off with strips of silver, and go through the process of soldering, shaping, and polishing.

By the end of the workshop, you get your very own handmade ring!

The instructors help you along the way, and they’ll step in to save you if necessary so don’t worry about screwing up :P

This place is located in a shophouse in Joo Chiat, and they offer free iced tea with the workshop.

The price is $120 which I honestly feel is quite reasonable! You can engrave the rings for free too, although we didn’t choose to do this.

And check out our final product – our rings turned out beautifully!

Honestly, my expectations were pretty low cos I'm not a craftsy person, and the rings turned out so much better than I expected!
