DAIRY FREE GREEK YOGURT

As someone who is dairy intolerant (different than lactose intolerant) I’ve had a hard time finding a protein packed, plant based, dairy free Greek yogurt alternative.

I’ve used Kite Hill cream cheese before, and when I saw this pop up at my local Barons, I knew I had to try it. Honestly, it’s very good. It doesn’t have the same tang as Greek yogurt - I would not recommend this as a sour cream alternative - but it has the same viscosity and tartness.

I love using this in smoothies for an extra serving of food derived protein, or on its own as a post workout treat.

The only downside I found is that I wish the tub was bigger as there’s only about 2.5 servings per container.
