I love making these delicious, protein packed, plant based, GLUTEN FREE pancakes when I want a sweeter breakfast. Macros will be listed under the recipe! 😋
•Combine two scoops of KOS Plant Based Protein Powder with 1/4 cup of the #traderjoes Gluten Free Buttermilk Pancake Mix
•Mix the two powders together, then add one large egg
•After mixing the powders and egg, add water and a dash of almond milk creamer and stir until a pancake batter consistency is achieved
•Add chocolate chips once the pancakes are on the griddle, and flip once the bubbles on the pancakes start to pop
