Summer Appetizer 🍅

I have 6 tomato plants about to pop some fresh tomatoes. Time to make some bruschetta!!!

🍅 5 cloves garlic, minced

🍅 ¼ cup fresh basil

🍅 2 cups ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped

🍅 1 tsp kosher salt

🍅 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

🍅 Drizzle of olive oil

🍅 Bread

🍅 Burrata

Combine everything in a bowl.

Drizzle olive oil on some bread and grill until toasty and golden brown. Rub a clove of garlic for some garlic essence.

Add burrata and top off with freshly made bruschetta. Enjoy!
