May you have a smooth journey with your home renovation...or rather, may you have lesser obstacles 😉 The truth is that most renovations will always have hiccups, especially if you're broke & don't have cash readily to spend & top up. You will most likely encounter lesser issues if you have the means to have both a PM & ID to manage your project.
