Hey Pretties 💕 today I’m showing you guys how to make this delicious garlic butter injected fried crab meat 🦀😋…everything you guys will need to achieve this meal successfully is listed below 🤍 love you guys so much
Ingredients list:
•Surimi Snow Leg Style Crab
•3 or more or less (depending on how much you make)
• All purpose flour
•Wesson Vegetable Oil
•Butter of your choice
•Minced garlic
•Flavor Injector
Seasonings List:
•Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
•Old Bay Seasoning
•Garlic Powder
Mix 3 eggs in a bowl ( add seasoning of your choice ..I didn’t show it in the video but I actually did add a lil seasoning to the egg wash after I fried my first piece bc I didn’t like the taste).*Mix , Mix , Mix ‼️ALWAYS TEST 1 PIECE FIRST IN CASE YOU NEED TO ADJUST‼️.
Mix Flour , Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning , Garlic Powder and Old Bay Seasoning in a bowl (you’re more than welcome to customize that).*Mix , Mix , Mix
Add Wesson Vegetable Oil ( Or an Oil of your choice ) to a pan on a medium heat. Once oil is hot //
Coat your Meat in your egg wash and then your seasoned flour mixture and Place into the Hot oil.
Cook until Golden Brown. Bring cooked Crab Meat to a Plate with Paper Towels.
Bring Butter of your choice, minced garlic and Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning (or a seasoning of your choice) to a bowl and heat. ( I chose to use the microwave to heat mines ).
Use your flavor injector to inject the garlic butter and ENJOY 😊 😋✨
