do you find cleaning a chore? instead of “thinking” or taking cleaning as a chore, try to take it as a way to calm your mind. do it slowly. do it organized-ly. i love cleaning. cus the aftermath makes me feel satisfied. clean room = happy me.

but i know, sometimes youre just either too tired or too overwhelmed to even organize/ declutter your space. i feel that too sometimes. but i found a way to counter it as a form of mind therapy.

cleaning is good.

cleaning is fun.

cleaning is satisfying.

cleaning is therapeutic.

try to instill thoughts like this in your mind, you might find cleaning as therapeutic as i do. you know, just you, the cleaning and yourself. its fun! try to squeeze in some good ass music would helps too!
