are you eating well these days? is eating well one of your vision and goals for 2023? i bet they’re on the list. I’ve been always excited when it comes to healthy eating and i am constantly on the lookout for best places for healthy eats. i mean, not necessarily healthy all the time but at least we want to keep that balanced diet and a healthier choice of nutrition for our body.

to start with, i think poke bowls are underrated. have you ate any poke bowls before? 🥣 if you do i bet they dont disappoint and if you havent, what are you doing? you’re left out! try one yourself!

not only that they’re a better choice of diet but also they’re convenient for grabs during busy lunch time or busy working hours. i like to order salmon poke bowls because that’s just the simplest menu that your taste buds could enjoy.

usually, poke bowls are protein packed and high in antioxidants, veges and super food! just look at the pictures, very enticing and also yummy!! why don’t you try one! 🫶🏻
