Mom brain is so real especially in the 4th trimester (first month PP) for me it occurred during tax season as a 1099 girlie and mom of a toddler as well. So here is what has helped me survive and stay organized this time!

1. HABIT- it is the easiest way to keep up with things I know I have to do daily. Such as taking medicine, staying hydrated, getting steps in and my C-section care! You can create whatever habits you need, I even set a goal of how many oz to pump everyday and it gives me a 👑 when I hit all my goals that day 😍

2. Steps! This is a good tracker for my steps since I am an apple user and have the Apple Watch instead of a fitness watch.

3. Structure- I’m a lists girl so having this let’s me set times/reminders of things I need to handle that day! It even has a focus feature while doing that task!

4.fleur- has helped me keep track of expenses which helps me remember if I paid a bill already or not! Most of my stuff is on auto pay but still extremely helpful and also helpful if something isn’t adding up with your bank balance

5. MyBlock- we have someone do our taxes and this helps me keep up with all the info filed as well as tracking our return!

6.my fitness pal.- this really makes sure im getting enough calories in as a bf/pumping mom! I don’t want to starve myself while caring for my little!

And lastly owlet! Just gives me peace of mind during sleeping and napping for the baby!
