HOW I PREPARE FOR WORK

These are some things that I do to get myself mentally & physically prepared for work!

✨GOOD MEALS✨

Since I’m working back to back with clients, it’s super important that I’m working with a full stomach! I always make sure I eat a decent meal so that I don’t have any stomach growls during a facial 🙂‍↕️

✨MY MAKEUP✨

On the days that I have time, I always wanna put some makeup on to make myself feel more refined and confident! This also allows me to put some energy back into myself and take care of me!

✨GOOD MUSIC✨

I always put on something that matches my mood and brings my energy up on the way to work. Music affects my mood and energy so much! Sometimes, when days are rough, a good playlist can always make my drive more enjoyable and put me in a good energy!

After these small steps, I’m ready to take on the shift :)
