Let me tell you about my mala tang adventures in Singapore! 🌶️

So, I've been on a spicy journey trying out different mala tang places, and I've got to say, each one has its own unique vibe and flavors. Let's dive into the three places I've tried: Gong Yuan Mala Tang, Zhang Liang Mala Tang, and Yang Guo Fu Mala Tang.

First up, Gong Yuan Mala Tang! They have so many outlets everywhere in Singapore. It's quick, simple, and perfect for when you're in a hurry or just craving some straightforward mala goodness. But, variety-wise, they might not be as impressive as the other two.

Next, Zhang Liang Mala Tang. I’ve tried their outlets in Bugis and Chinatown. I must say that their variety is much more than Gong Yuan Mala Tang and their soup base is quite tasty! I’d choose this over Gong Yuan Mala Tang just for the variety.

Last but not least, we have Yang Guo Fu Mala Tang. I tried this place for the first time at Paya Lebar the other day and it gives me Zhang Liang Mala Tang vibes. Pretty much similar variety and definitely more than Gong Yuan Mala Tang.

Price-wise all are around the same because they go by weight.

So, there you have it! Three mala tang experiences in Singapore. Gong Yuan Mala Tang might be the go-to for convenience, but if you're in the mood for more variety, I’d recommend Zhang Liang Mala Tang and Yang Guo Fu Mala Tang.
