follow me to oxford, london 🇬🇧

I’ve heard about oxford and always wanted to go, especially because 1. I wanted a oxford university sweater and 2. they filmed a lot of harry potter scenes here!

And yay i finally had the chance! I took the oxford tube (it’s a bus) from london city and it took around 1.5-2 hours but the bus was so so comfortable, there’s even a toilet on the bus! And wireless charging. It cost around £16 for a return trip and honestly it’s cheaper than taking the train.

I went during winter and oxford is much colder than london… but the vibes were 10/10. It was also the only day we had sun 😭☀️ so the pics turned out so good.

But in the end… 1. i didn’t get an oxford university sweater because my bf said i wouldn’t wear it in sg (uhm that’s true) and 2. all the harry potter filming scenes required entrance fees and nah i wasn’t that desperate to see them so we skipped them all 😂

Bicester village (premium shopping outlet) is a 30 mins bus ride away from oxford and it only costs about £4 for a return trip. We went during the winter/christmas period so it was super crowded and there were not much good deals there…. but maybe during less busy periods it would be better!

But overall, if you have time to travel out of london, i recommend going to oxford for a little getaway and for really pretty pictures because oxford is such a cute small little town 🏠
