Nowadays everyone seems to be taking daily supplements, but the question is… what do people take?? Let me share my daily dose of supplements here:
1. Salmon oil 🐟
Benefits: helps support blood circulation, and boosts cardiovascular health! also provides the body with omega 3! perfect for those who don’t really eat much fish (i’m very picky…)
2. Tumeric curcumin 🌱
Benefits: helps with joint, cardiovascular, digestive and nervous system health. Also very high in antioxidants so it helps with immune support!
3. Calcium magnesium 🦴
Benefits: helps with making your bones stronger! not only that, also your teeth, skin, muscle and immune function. Keeps all those healthy too :)
4. Cranberry (blackmore) 🍎
Benefits: helps reduce cysts and maintains urinary tract health (prevents UTIs if taken regularly)
I got this from australia but i realised they don’t sell it in Singapore. So i alternate between this and the gummies below, because my stash is running out! But both have the same function.
