I have seen a lot of healthcare workers (nurses especially) wearing HOKA’s and decided to go to my local Dicks Sporting Goods to try some on. I had originally liked the Clifton 9’s since they had cushion and looked better but honestly now I choose comfort over looks. My husband had never heard of the brand and decided to try some on. He instantly felt relief in his feet and felt comfortable. We didn’t get any right away since they are pricey but later on we did. He had bought a pair but he got the Bondi 8’s instead 🤦🏽‍♀️ but to our surprise they were even more comfortable than the Clifton 9’s. We are never going back to basic shoes. These are definitely an investment but worth every penny. After working long hours and being on my feet, my feet don’t hurt as much as they do with other shoes. I will be getting more pairs to match my scrubs , but after I finish nursing school 😅
