Can someone make this make sense?!?!? in all seriousness I believe that there is a ridiculous stigma about those who struggle with obesity and labeling anything they do as unhealthy and the cause for their obesity. When in reality, it is a very complex chronic medical condition and we should not judge those who are trying to make changes. It does not make sense to demonize things such as 0 to 5 cal flavor packets to help someone increase their water intake… when theres bounds of research showing the safety of artificial sweeteners, especially when used to replaced high sugar containing beverages….. also the whole fad about having tons of salt added to your drinks 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ #watertok #salt #makeitmakesense
