When addressing knee pain, it’s easy to want to focus solely on the knee itself. Phrases like ‘it clicks,’ ‘it pops,’ and ‘it grinds’ are quite normal and can occur in multiple places in your body, even in the absence of issues.

When addressing pain in a joint, it’s important to consider the muscles that support that joint.

Workout plan:

⚫️Hamstrings/glutes: Perform a foot-elevated glute bridge for 3 sets of 15 reps.

⚫️Outer hip: Try the clamshell exercise for 2 sets of 20 reps.

⚫️Outer hip, quads, & balance: Single leg forward reach aiming for 10 each side. .

Start with these exercises and gradually increase intensity as you progress.
