Qs to ask Residency Programs P1: 👩🏻‍⚕️

Residency interviews are HUGE! Here are some useful question to ask:

- tell me about a time a residence and do something difficult and how you supported them as a program

- what are you most proud of of the program has?

- what have residence done in the past in this position to be successful?

These questions give a lot of insight into what the program values and supports.
