Packing to move: how to make it easier.

Save money on bubble wrap and packing paper by using items that you are going to pack anyway:

•Use bath and hand towels to line the bottom of your boxes. This keeps your dishes clean and you can use it as padding between layers.

•Use minimal amounts of bubble wrap or packing paper to cushion between breakable items. (I use new brown paper bags, packing paper, and bubble wrap for kitchen items so they stay clean and I don’t have to wash them while unpacking.)

* Don’t overpack kitchen boxes with heavy items. Put in a certain amount of plates, glasses, etc and then add light items to fill space such as plastic containers, lids, etc.

*Mark contents of box and keep moving!
