🇲🇾How many types of lawyers in Malaysia?

I think many of you are interested in my work nature and the profession I am currently in ! So let’s talk law today! You see lawyers everywhere and they played a big role in helping you to get your ideal house, ensure your company are secured within the rules and regulations of Companies Act , protects you as an individual as well ! 🤗

So how many types of lawyers out there?

I would say there are 4 main types of lawyers so we have 🤣

1.corporate lawyer

That deals with corporation, the lawyer represents , advices and deals with the legal issues surrounding the corporate entity ie business

2.litigation lawyer

Anything that involves court procedure, deals with disputes between individual ( for example, A breach a contract with B now B wants to sue C )

3.conveyancing lawyer

Also known as property lawyers, they played a big role in helping you to get your ideal home ! They handle all the legal aspects of buying or selling a property for you

4.Criminal Lawyer

They act / advise you about details of the case that the prosecutor alleges against you for any criminal charge like drug in possession.
