A full day off is hard to come by for a person like me who is in the legal profession as I work on the weekends as well! I tried to also workout everyday or at least get some sweat in after work / during my day off/ during the weekends! 🥹
If I know I am going to have a full day off and won’t be going anywhere, just staying in at home then this is usually what I eat - lazy meals for the lazy me! 😛
Breakfast at 10am 🥣
I had my favourite yoghurt bowl! You can never go wrong with yoghurt bowl! Low in calories + yoghurt contains good bacteria we need in our body!
Lunch at 2pm 🍚
Something simple and quick ! My homemade poke bowl! I barely have this unless I am seriously craving for it as it is hard to make, requires a lot of time to prepare each ingredients!
Dinner at 8pm🍜
Soba noodles with egg! I love having light dinner / something that is not so heavy! with a well balanced protein and carbs & some fibre !
Dessert at 9pm 🕘
Glutinous Rice Bowl! My favouriteeee , so easy to make and quick! love having this warm dessert before sleep !
I am that kind of person who Is willing to travel all the way down from klang to KL just for pilates / spinning classes! Crazy right! Thats how I am serious about my health! I went to pilates class today ~ so I rewarded myself with some glutinous rice balls! 🤣🤣
everything I eat in a day ( home version ) I prefer eating in than out so I can save money & maintain my body HAHAAH what about you ? Hehe I also dont count calories! eating everything in moderate is key! Will share more soon ~🥰
