Rent a kimono in Kyoto 👘

Of course a yay for me🙌🏻

This was my first time travelling to Japan, sooo how can i miss out on Kimono experience! After went thru tons of research, I landed on this kimono rental store — Rikawafuku 梨花和服 and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT🌟🌟

Booked an appointment online(just simple steps except you need a Japan phone no. when filling in) and just waited for the day to come

Their kimono selection and quality are decent to me (doesnt look like the cheap ass fabric)

What I like is that the package includes hairdo and their kimono are a tad more girly/young, they also offer retro vintage lace kimono(my friend wearing it in 5th pic)

Do note that the package comes with just basic accessories, we can add on items for ¥500 each (last pic). And we did haha paid extra for the flower lace thingy and a nicer looking bag👀

Overall it was a good experience and the staff were super friendly. Would defo visit them again if i renting kimono again heh
