We paid $9/ pax on transtar web to ensure the smoothest transition to JB and this are the steps !

1. Book your tickets on transtar web

Following locations for pickup :

Tampines | Sengkang | Jurong East | golden mile complex | Grantal Complex | Choa Chu Kang | Changi Airport | Expo MRT

2. We book from Expo and the bus arrived exactly on the dot!

Do note that there is a trip note that states transtar does not guarantee a seat for all customers seats are first come first served!

3. For expo station, there is an imaginary line ! Just at the start of the bus stop! Do queue 15min before if you want to secure a seat! We got lucky but the ppl after us didn’t get a seat after

4. Took around 20min when we reached checkpoint! The bus will let us down for us to chop !

Once chop head down to find this TS sign. Board the same bus and MALAYSIA HERE WE COME
