hidden gem: CREME BRULEE BUTTER SAND at Seongsu 🍮❣️

To the zesties working on your korea itinerary - if you’re heading to the popular Seongsu area, do add Milky Shop to your must-visit list for the BEST CREME BRULEE butter sand❣️

It comes in a box of 8 individually packed biscuit for 23,000 won ($22 SGD)! The biscuit is very crisp and coated with creme brulee which gives it a toasted burnt caramel taste 💯 they are sandwiched in a creamy elle & vire gourmet butter and salted caramel which is perfect together 😭🫶🏻 I think the live image of the biscuit speaks for itself sufficiently!!!

We went on a weekend afternoon and there was a short queue but the line moved p fast so prolly less than 10 mins and we’re out! Do note that they only accept payment via T-money card OR cash (NO credit card accepted) so prepare those in advance! One person is only limited to the purchase of 1 box of creme brulee butter sand to ensure that there’s sufficient stocks so that’s a nice initiative :)

They also have other yummy bakes such as donuts & pies, as well as beverages such as vanilla latte which are all quite affordable, all less than 4,500 won!! Tried their blueberry buttercream donut for 4,100 won and it was a nice 🍩

If you’ve read my previous post on Busan’s Busan Bada Sand, this creme brulee biscuit is def more crunchy whereas BDS is more towards pastry biscuit iykwim! the creme brulee one also has a toasted caramel taste which is v unique, whereas BDS flavours are slightly less integrated as the biscuits can be separated easily! BUT then again BDS is at a much more affordable price point so def worth a try imo 😗
