your NEXT weekend brunch cafe (mains < $15!) 🍰

To the cafe lovers on lemon8 - DON’T SKIP THIS POST❣️ Hopping on here to share with you guys a recent cafe find ✨ Located at the heart of town at TripleOne Somerset, Lucine by LUNA is a newly launched cafe (YES, it’s the same as THAT popular LUNA cafe at telok ayer!) which serves up ALL-DAY BRUNCH 🍳, COFFEE ☕️ & of course, their delightful DESSERT options which they are known for 🍰 literally ALL of their desserts look so good!

𝓦𝓱𝓪𝓽 𝔀𝓮 𝓽𝓻𝓲𝓮𝓭:

🥪 𝙶𝚛𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚍 𝙲𝚑𝚎𝚎𝚜𝚎 𝚂𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚠𝚒𝚌𝚑 ($12.90): served with mixed green salad & made with 3 types of cheese - mozzarella, cheddar & parmesan 🧀 it’s a simple and hearty grilled cheese sandwich that just won’t go wrong 🤪

🍳 𝙻𝚞𝚌𝚒𝚗𝚎 𝚂𝚌𝚛𝚊𝚖𝚋𝚕𝚎𝚍 𝙴𝚐𝚐𝚜 𝚠/ 𝚂𝚘𝚞𝚛𝚍𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑 ($8.90): eggs with sourdough on its own for $8.90 is such a good price!! 😱 we wanted more protein so we added a chicken sausage for +$4, the eggs were runny and nicely seasoned 🥰

🥔 𝚃𝚛𝚞𝚏𝚏𝚕𝚎 𝚃𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝚃𝚘𝚝𝚜 ($9.90): this was super worth it!! when we were served this dish, we were shocked as it’s such a BIG bowl of tater tots, coupled with the creamy truffle sauce it’s a perfect appetizer for sharing 😗

🌸 𝙱𝚕𝚘𝚜𝚜𝚘𝚖 ($8.50): THIS is definitely a signature by LUNA!! It’s a strawberry yoghurt mousse with rose sponge, an unique combination of flavours which was rly yummy and we kept digging in for another bite 🍓 it’s not overly sweet as well, very palatable to end off the meal on a sweet note!

💜 𝙾𝚛𝚑 𝙽𝚎𝚎 ($8.50): generous amount of yam included with the distinct layers of yam gingko paste & vanilla sponge cake, perfect for yam lovers!! this dessert is also topped off with white chocolate pearls which added a nice crunch ✨

🍂 𝚃𝚒𝚛𝚊𝚖𝚒𝚜𝚞 𝙻𝚊𝚝𝚝𝚎 ($8.50): fragrant aroma of coffee & able to taste the tiramisu flavour, loved the crisp biscuit which went SOOOO WELL with the tiramisu cream at the top of the cuppa delight 🥰

☕️ 𝙱𝚕𝚊𝚌𝚔 𝚂𝚎𝚜𝚊𝚖𝚎 𝙻𝚊𝚝𝚝𝚎 ($8.50): this was a pleasant surprise as the black sesame flavour was subtle but yet goes rly well when infused with coffee 💫 safe to say that we devoured it down to its last sip 🤩

Included the menu for those who are keen to check em’ out! For October babies - GOOD NEWS as you get to enjoy a complimentary birthday cake with the purchase of 1 drink per person in your group❣️ For the zesties working in the area - there’s also $2 Long Black available on weekdays from 930-1130AM for your morning fuel ☕️
