MIAMI STUDIO REVIEW: Casa Vinyasa

I’ve been going to Casa Vinyasa for almost two years now and my experience has always been positive. There’s a class there for everyone and the prices are extremely fair. Plus, they even feature an online library where you can stream classes (yoga and mat Pilates only) from home if you can’t make it to the studio.

The studio is family owned and located in Coral Gables. All instructors go through Casa Vinyasa’s very own 200 hr certification. It’s truly a unique studio and I have yet to find any other one that feels authentic to both yoga and Pilates while still pushing me in the workouts.
