Eating clean does not have to be boring!
Calzone - this uses two ingredient Greek yogurt dough and it’s so easy to make! Use ½ cup Greek yogurt and ½ cup self rising flour for the dough. Fill with raos tomato sauce, 1 oz goat cheese, and 3 oz ground chicken. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
Chicken Salad Sandwich - I used 3 oz of shredded rotisserie chicken here with 1 tbsp mayo, white onions, dill, and juice of half a lemon. Spread onto two pieces of sourdough bread since it’s easier to digest.
Ginger Pad Thai - seasoned 4 oz of chicken with soy sauce and ginger and cooked in a pan. Serve with carrots, cucumber (use veggie peeler to make noodles), pad Thai noodles, and enjoy.
Breakfast Tacos - these breakfast egg white wraps are the star of the show. Fill them with four eggs cooked in chili oil 😍
