DAYCARE?? 7/10

👍Pros :

• I work with a flexible company, meaning if I need to leave they let me leave or if I can’t come in they’ll understand and I won’t get written up.

• I get to have like a mini teaching job without having to go to school for it!

• they provide lunch (even if it’s not good many days some days I don’t have to worry about leaving and spending my money🥲)

• as long as I do my job correctly they don’t trip when I use my phone or come in a bit late.

🤔Cons:

• there is only two people close to my age:((

•management can be a bit stressful sometimes but I feel like that’s almost every job

• some days YOU AND THE KIDS will have very big emotions and you have to put your feelings to the side to console the kids.

• you mostly work with older ladies so they think they know everything and that you know nothing because you are young

• pay isn’t much (BUT STILL SOMETHING!🩷) and they don’t do overtime (well my comp doesn’t)

•many parents have different discipline tactics so not every kid has someone at home who tells them right from wrong.
