the most delicious food i've tasted in a while...

Recently my aunt and I made a trip down to try Peruvian food because upon research we found that it has two of our favourite cuisines influenced in it: Mexican and Japanese! This is owed to Peru's geographical location and history, and we were curious enough to try out

🍴 Ambience & Service: 5/5

> Unlike a lot of restaurants, CANCHITA is actually quite abundant in staff and they were all very professional and friendly and attentive! Makes dining so much more pleasant! also I didn't take a picture but on the inside seating, we were literally facing a whole landscape of trees it was like dining in a forest or tree house

> Patacones were chips with guac, it was yummy and very interesting

> Ceviche Clasico: raw fish served with sweet potato chips and DELICIOUS sauce called White Tiger's Milk. Nahhh this was incredible I never tasted raw fish served with the Tiger's flavours it was simply so good a 100% must try

> Grilled Octopus: THIS is another MUST try. The first ever grilled octopus that somehow tasted TENDER? We were so weirded out but amazed. The grilled taste is there complimented with an amazing salt flavour that made every. Bite. Worth it. I've never tasted a dish like this in my life.

> Seafood parillada: SO delicious as well although this is overshadowed by the last 2 dishes I mentioned. Still very pleasant to eat, the cheesiness of the risotto comes through!

🍴DRINKS

> I forgot the name, but the purple drink was a non Alcholic sweet potato drink that was so refreshing and unique

> Mine was the Earl Grey Candy Iced Tea that was SO good and refreshing. I literaly wanted another cup to Go but they didn't have takeaway cups :( IT WAS AMAZING!!! It's basically Earl Grey Tea with Lavender and Strawberry YUMMM

my family will definitely be coming back to try more dishes we are so obsessed
