how i study for finals/my advice

It's finals season and I'm in flight and fight mode right now 💀

My weeks have been nonstop hell with balancing group projects and getting ready for my final papers , so I thought I'd share my tips/how I study for finals with you guys

1. Making notes is important to always start off your studying. It's not that important to focus so much on your notes, just know that all you need to do is use it as a method to understand the core concepts. Don't be afraid to make your notes look fun too! I need to colour code mine everytime

2. Practice is much more important for me than making notes. It familiarises you with the paper you're about to take, format wise and question wise. In fact sometimes repeated questions may come out so this is a bonus advantage

3. If you get stuck understanding a concept, always outsource for materials to help you with that. For me, because I'm a visual learner especially, I ALWAYS go to youtube and it always clutches

4. Sleep is much more important than you think and it's something my body is literally struggling to give me rn lol. So if that fails just have fun with your coffee fixes too

5. Lastly do not neglect relax time. It's as important as studying because without it you're going to burn out and that's way more damaging than anything else man
