my manicure 💅🏼🎨

this is how i get my best manicure (that i can do myself lol)

💅🏼 so i start off by cleaning off my nails with acetone from the previous polish, and then i file and shape the nail and buff to smooth the edges. i then apply cuticle remover/softener to make it easier to remove my cuticles. after apply and letting it sit for 5 minutes, i softly rub it into the cuticle and take my cuticle pusher and gently remove the cuticle. i take the cuticle clipper and remove the dead skin only. make sure to not get the live skin. i get as much as i can without cutting into the skin, so if there’s some left over it’s okay! i next spray down with my rubbing alcohol and water mixture and wipe away with a cotton round. i apply a top coat and let dry.

🙌🏼 i do not currently have cuticle oil but that would be applied after!!
