Loki the silly husky 🐾

Hi! This is Loki, the first and the oldest of our 2 pups. Both my dogs were adopted. Loki came home in 2018 from a family who couldn't give him the care he needed. The joke was on me, because as a college student who took her studies very seriously and worked multiple jobs, I hardly could either. But Loki came home anyway, and I realized it was time for me to step up to the challenge. And while it was certainly a challenge, that younger, very stressed version of me fulfilled and sometimes even exceeded Loki's high-maintenance needs. For that, I am very proud of myself. Loki certainly returned the favor by taking care of me when I needed divine intervention. We are both very important parts to each others' stories.

Since the day I brought him home, Loki has gotten much older and is much calmer than he was in his younger years. We love exploring walking trails and fun places around the PNW. He’s a very quiet husky (shocking, I know) and he loves cheese, running, attention and food. He truly is the best boy and has been an incredible big brother to our recent addition, Oscar. #hellolemon8 #cutedogs #husky #rescuedog #dogmom
