Spilling The Tea On Zara $3 Warehouse Sale 🫢

By now most of you would’ve seen/heard about the Zara Warehouse Sale at Expo going on rn & I decided to check it out myself. I’m also in need for a wardrobe refresh & who doesn’t love cheap clothes 🤑

Travelled 1h+ from the West to the East to Expo MRT station. It’s actually a warehouse sale under the Al-Futtaim Group which houses brands like Zara, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka & Oysho, prices ranging from $3-$50!! That being said, this sale was #NotForMe and here’s why:

❌When I reached I was in shock & one word to aptly describe the place is CHAOS 🤯 there were SO MANY PEOPLE with zero crowd control. Also people were snatching the clothes left and right, it was really free for all LOL

❌ limited sizes and selection. There wasn’t much men’s items so there isn’t much to even browse. Sizes were also on the extreme sides which I guess that’s why they are clearing stock

❌ saw a few defective items e.g stains, leather peels, slight mould?!? Okay quite gross but that’s the reality!! Most of the defects are on the shoes and bags only

TLDR: don’t come with high expectations (typing this on the expo stairs as a sad patron 🥲)

Overall it was a HUGE letdown and a waste of time (for me) esp on a weekend.. if you guys are heading down, I hope you have better luck than me ig 🍀
