Navigating Lemon8 in Ed recovery

Again this isn’t a “call out” type post. I know people enjoy this type of content and it’s okay to have different goals for yourself if you do so healthily.

These types of posts and the language used in them can just be upsetting. I never open them up and I definitely have never saved or liked them. So I have no clue on how to avoid them. If you have any advice I’d greatly appreciate it.

There are a lot more but I’ve only recently taken screenshots of them. I get maybe one or two of these types of post almost daily.
