Stay Fresh Down There

I am so happy the summer is almost over as I do not enjoy sweating yet that does not mean that I will not be sweating. I know that sweating between your private parts is not a stranger to me and I like to keep that area fresh all year round. I am very conscious of my vaginalhealth and love sharing my tips with you. There is a huge importance in keeping your vagina fresh as you do not want bacteria from dirt or sweat to remain there.

Here are things to do.

1. Cotton underwear are breathable. They allowed air to enter that area and keep you fresh. Try to use cotton underwear instead of not natural material ones.

2. I love buying my natural unscented soaps at wholefoods. They are priced pretty well and have a variety of choices. You want to keep them clean but yet not kill good bacteria.

3. Every other week I like to gently exfoliate around the area.This helps decrease any dirt or bacteria that has tried to form.Once again around the area not too close to it .
