I am not a super fitness girly yet my entire life I have enjoyed moving my body even at the minimum. This translates even when I am on my period, and yes I do get achy periods so I listen to my body first off all. Here are some low impact workouts I do that sincerely help me remain motivated and feel good during my period.
1. Walking is super manageable during your period. It always makes me feel accomplished and fresh.
2. If I use any weights I stick to 5 pound ones. This is still doable and not hard on my body.
3. Pilates is a personal favorite. It helps me with my cramps during my period and always gives me the enough endorphins I need.
