No Friends

I have no friends it’s Saturday 7pm

In the past the old me would have felt extremely sad that I have no one to hang out with tonight but looking back I stood in friendships longer than I should with ppl who didn’t like me , I was the only one making the effort stay in contact , ignored red flags etc all to avoid being “lonely” and wanted validation for having friendships , I’m glad I came to the realization that I’d rather have no friends than fake friends around me I also realized I am a busy mom working extra hard to start her own business and only rlly have time to do just that so I wouldn’t even be a good friend for anyone rn but I know when the time is right God will give me a genuine friend and I don’t mind waiting for that 🩷
