ZoukOut 2022 Experience + Lessons Learnt 🎊

ZoukOut is finally back after a couple years of hiatus! It’s also my first ZoukOut this year & I shall say it was a rather eye opening experience.

Compared to a club, this beach party is way more “chaotic”. With more space & people around, you’ll tend to see crazier things, from people dancing their hearts out, girls sitting on the shoulders of another person or even drunkards 🍺 Here’s a rundown of ZoukOut to take note if you’re going next year, or a newbie like me!

🎉 Party begins at 6pm but the crowd only shows up after about 11pm.

🎉 There’s food & drinks stalls around but are usually overpriced.

🎉 Toilets are those portable cubicles unless you’re a VIP & have a designated toilet.

🎉 You cannot exit the space, there’s no re-entry.

🎉 It’s gonna be super loud

Lessons Learnt:

🍺 Wear sandals or slippers. I wore boots with socks & was practically stepping in sand 24/7 🌚 (unless you don’t mind).

🍺 Prepared to get completely drenched if it rains. You’ll hardly find a shelter.

🍺 Pack light & only bring a small bag.

Overall, it was a fun experience partying as a big crowd after these few years of restrictions. Good to be vibing again :)
