The sweet potato, apple, goat cheese combo is unreal & makes for the perfect salad 😛 you HAVE to try it !!!

DEETS•

1. Massage your chopped kale with olive oil

2. Add massaged kale to a bowl with sweet potato, chopped apples, wild rice, grilled chicken, goat cheese, & chopped walnuts

3. Top with your favorite balsamic vinaigrette - mine currently is @californiaoliveranch

• Sweet Potatoes - Chop & coat your sweet potatoes with avocado oil, salt, & pepper. Then, air fry at 380 for 20-25 minutes.

• Grilled chicken- Season thin-sliced chicken breast with avocado oil or olive oil, salt, & pepper. Cook using grill pan on high heat & cook each side for 3 minutes. Simple & delicious 🙌🏼🤩
