improve your quality of life by being more positive! I have always been told I am a positive person and honestly, I agree! I tend to see the good in things.

if you are feeling pretty negative though don’t worry, I know you arent alone! our society can be pretty tough right now. try these three things out and see if it helps ❤️

1. your environment matters. and that includes the people you are surrounded by. do you have a friend that is constantly negative and draining your battery? a coworker that is always complaining and makes you hate your job? maybe consider giving yourself some space if possible. energy is given/taken/absorbed and being around negative energy all the time can bring you down too!

2. practice gratitude by writing our saying three things you are grateful for daily. even on a bad day, im sure there are still so many good things. there are always good and bad things in our life, but we only see what we focus on! if you don’t want to use a journal use the notes on your phone. we all have that on us every day and this only takes a minutes so there are no excuses to not do it!

3. find the good. going off what I just said, find the good things! I know there’s this thing called “toxic positivity” but I think finding the good for YOURSELF is totally fine. if you are always trying to do it for other people that’s when it can get annoying.
