quick guide to journalling 💌

i journalled for the first time, every day for a whole month! here are some tips for beginners just like me :)

💌 collect everything you get

💌 put in photos/memories you want to look back on

💌 get a printer

journalling x scrapbooking every night while i travelled gave me benefits that i never would have imagined getting, from a seemingly small task.

💌 i got reflect on my days, good and bad.

💌 i became more aware of everything i should be grateful for.

💌 it gave me time alone to be by myself and have fun while decorating the pages like a madman

💌 i felt more at peace by the end of the trip because of how much i ‘let go off’ onto these pages

💌 it gives me an opportunity to look back on every single day i was away if i ever missed it ( which i frequently do )
