Another #AtasDining for your next date/ girl's night out! Their famous classic Basque burnt cheesecake (QUEIC by Olivia) is the BEST Cheesecake (personal opinion) I've ever eaten, and we girls have been wanting to try the main restaurant in the longest time. Since it happens to be my friend's birthday and hen's party night out, we finally made a booking to dine here. No budget to travel to Barcelona? Olivia brings Barcelona to you! (haha)

They're specialised in Spanish/ Mediterranean food. Ambience wise, the view was pretty good, but the music was too loud that made it hard to hold conversations 😢

Oh, they should be famous for their cocktails as well, which we didn't order.

Complimentary serving of olives were presented to us when we seated down. Not a fan of olives, but this one is really interesting - creamy texture exploding in your mouth.

[‘Iberico Bellota' ham melty croquettes] Crispy on the outside, warm on the inside.

[Ceps mushrooms and black truffle melty croquettes] As a fan of truffles, I really liked this - a velvety and creamy texture similar to truffle mushroom soup within the Crispy Croquette.

[Galician octopus, crispy pork belly and potato foam] My friends loved it, though I'm not a fan of octopus and pork belly.

[Squid ink rice served with Mdeiterranean red prawns] We wanted something like a paella, so we ordered this. However it's more similar to risotto, and has a slightly fishy after taste. The red prawns are fresh and sweet.

Desserts:

[Cocoa almond sable, roasted hazlenut praline, crunchy fuilletine, dark chocolate cream, sorbet] The sorbet was chocolate-passion fruit. Pretty fresh taste for us - sweet and sour!

🍞𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 '𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐣𝐚' 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 $14

[Homemade vanilla brioche, yoghurt crumble, kumquat confit, mandarin gel, milk paper and smoked ice cream] Great for the sweet tooth. The citrusy taste made it a good mix!

[Cream and blue cheese with almond sable] Of course this is their classic which everyone loved, but since we have tried this before, we chose to order the other 2 desserts instead. The restaurant was sweet enough to offer this as a birthday cake for my friend!
