This is also a liquid pen eyeliner, it does dry quick when applying, very dark. However i have noticed it slightly smudge when I have it on for a long period of time. Yet the brush is very easy to work with and I use this every day, for a big or small wing.

This is a liquid eyeliner. This is one of the most long lasting eyeliners I have used. It does dry very quick and if you apply too much on it can feel very drying. However the color pay off is really good so its super pigmented.
