It seems like every breastfeeding mom and person that I talk to gets mastitis at least once, often multiple times.
My breastfeeding journey is so far so good, I am still really nervous about getting it.
Anyone out there successfully prevent it? If so what did you do? I've looked up ideas online about how to prevent it but I want to know some real world success stories. Thanks!
