Here’s another balanced and healthy breakfast idea

I whisked together two eggs and one egg white with a splash of milk, some paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then I pour the mixture into a pan, cover, and cook on low to medium heat until cooked thoroughly. I add my chicken sausage and cheese to one side and then fold it in half to make the perfect omelette!

While the omelette was cooking, I toasted half of an onion bagel topped it with light cream cheese, and everything bagel seasoning. Then I added some strawberries, raspberries and blueberries to make a perfectly balanced breakfast with carbs, fat protein, and fiber.

For beverages, I made an adrenal cocktail which consists of water, lime juice, mineral drops, magnesium powder, cream of tartar, and Celtic seas salt. This is super good for hydration and can help “balance” hormones! I also made my go-to brown sugar oat milk latte which is just brown sugar syrup, cinnamon powder, 3 shots espresso, brown sugar oat creamer, & oat milk!
