Ingredients:
- Spaghetti
- Shrimp
- Chili flakes
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Holland onion (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Spaghetti:
- Fill a pan with water and bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and a small amount of butter.
- Add the spaghetti and cook it for 12-15 minutes, or until al dente.
- Once cooked, drain the spaghetti and set it aside in a bowl. Reserve a bit of the cooking water for later use.
2. Prepare the Shrimp:
- In the same or a new pan, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the pan, followed by chili flakes, parsley, and a pinch of salt. Sauté until the shrimp is cooked through and turns pink.
3. Make the Sauce:
- Pour the reserved spaghetti cooking water into the pan with the shrimp. Allow it to come to a boil.
4. Combine:
- Once the sauce starts to boil, add the cooked spaghetti back into the pan. Mix well, ensuring the spaghetti is evenly coated with the sauce and shrimp.
5. Serve:
- Serve the spaghetti hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
