Tasty Moment: A tasty gem in Edison, NJ
Tasty Moment is a small business restaurant in Edison, NJ that serves up some of the best Chinese food in the area. The interior is simple but the food more than amazing.
We started with the Cold Sesame Noodles, which were perfectly balanced and refreshing. The noodles were coated in a light and flavorful sesame sauce.
Next, we had the Mapo Tofu, which was rich and savory. The tofu was soft, and the soup was packed with flavor.
After that, we had the Scallion Pancake, which were crispy. The pancake was filled with scallions, and it was served with a delicious dipping sauce.
Finally, we had the Vegetable Dumplings, which were perfectly cooked. The dumplings were filled with a variety of vegetables.
The great part is the quantity is amazing, you even get leftovers for the next day.
Overall, our meal at Tasty Moment was a great experience. The food was fresh, and the staff were so sweet. However, be warned that there is usually a 15-20 minute wait to sit, so make reservations beforehand. Rating: 9/10.
